Ingredients:
3 cup green beans, cut into ½ cm size, hard-boiled.
½ cup shredded coconut, toasted.
Garlic, peeled, sliced, then fried.
6-8 spring onions, peeled, sliced fried.
2 whole red chilli, seeded, cut oblique.
4-6 grains of Java chili, sliced.
3 tsp minced chilli flakes.
Chicken broth 2 tablespoons seasoning.
Fried onions to taste for garnish
Dressing Ingredients:
250 grams boneless chicken, sliced into small pieces
Chicken broth 2 tablespoons seasoning.
1 teaspoon lemon water.
1 tsp salt.
½ tsp black pepper, puree.
Banana leaves for wrapping
How to Make:
1. Combine beans, coconut, onion, garlic, chilli and season chicken broth in a bowl. Toss well.
2. For the dressing mix the slices (shredded) 2 chicken with chicken broth. Toss well to form a kind of dough. After that, place the dough lengthwise on a banana leaf, and roll up solid.
3. Steam the rolls last for 20 minutes.
4. Remove the aluminum foil and banana leaves. Ruffled chicken with a fork.
5. Combine chicken with chickpea stew. Add salt and lime juice.
6. Garnish with crispy fried onions
